Tom Bush comes in at centre half

Liverpool F.C. are playing Bush at centre half in place of the injured Tom Bradshaw in the match against Middlesbrough. Busby, who is also injured, may be fit to play, but failing that his place will be taken by Rogers. The team reds:
Alf Hobson, Tommy Cooper, Ben Dabbs, Matt Busby or Fred Rogers, Tom Bush, Jimmy McDougall, Berry Nieuwenhuys, Phil Taylor, Fred Howe, Vic Wright, Alf Hanson.

The Reserves v. Birmingham Reserves at Anfield: Tom Flower, Jim Harley, Ted Savage, John Browning, Norman Low, Keith Peters, Jack Balmer, Robert Glassey, Bernard Ramsden, Harry Eastham and John Hutchinson.
