To-day Mr. George Kay, of Liverpool F.C., visited Aberdeen and signed on George Penrose and George Paterson, the right wing pair of Hall Russel’s Junior Club. Penrose is only 17 years of age, and is in his first year as a junior. He is a younger brother of the Elgin City forward.
Paterson was twice capped for Junior Scotland this season, and has been much sought after by many senior clubs. In addition to his ‘national caps, Paterson has also figured in representative games for Aberdeen-shire.
