Wales XI to meet Western Command

The Welsh XI to play Western Command at Wrexham next Saturday evening will be selected from the following fourteen players: –

George Poland (Liverpool), Ray Lambert (Liverpool), George Williams (Millwall), Jack Warner (Manchester United), Tommy Jones (Everton), Ivor Powell (Queens Park Rangers), Bryn Jones (Arsenal), Les Jones (Arsenal), Ray Daniel (Arsenal), Billy Lucas, Don Dearson (Birmingham City), Bert Turner (Charlton Athletic), Fred Roberts (Bury), Tommy Astbury (Chester).
