Liverpool’s opening


Tuesday, August 25 – 1942
Liverpool open their season with a visit to Wrexham at the Racecourse. Their task is no easy one, but they will take a lot of holding, because their eleven will be of the strongest. It is certain that both Berry Nieuwenhuys and Willie Fagan will be available for the attack.
