League and players to meet today

Mr. William Cuff, the President, will head the Football League delegation which is set to meet Players’ Union representative in Manchester today to discuss the condition of League professionals. Mr. Cuff will be supported by his vice-presidents, Mr. Arthur Henry Oakley (Wolverhampton) and Mr. George Rutherford (Newcastle-on-Tyne), Mr. Arthur Drewry (Grimsby), Mr. William John Harrop (Liverpool) and Mr. Fred Howarth (secretary).
