Blackburn Rovers, who signed Cec Wyles from Everton recently, ae negotiating for the transfer from Liverpool of Jack Campbell, the outside right or left, who joined Liverpool from Bootle Schoolboys on leaving school. Campbell has been assisting the Rovers as a guest player. Blackburn have made an offer to Liverpool.
