Liverpool exchange Don Woan for Brian Jackson with Leyton Orient

Mr. Don Welsh, the Liverpool manager, who completed the transfer of Brian Jackson, eighteen-year-old, outside right, from Leyton Orient yesterday, will apply to Jackson’s commanding officer for leave to enable him to play against Bolton on Saturday.

Jackson, who is in the RAOC is stationed in Hampshire.

Don Woan, Liverpool right winger, joins Leyton in part exchange for Jackson. Orient also receive a four figure fee.
