Jack Haigh transferred to Scunthorpe United

The signing of Gerhardi does not increase the Liverpool staff numerically, as Jack Haigh, one of the Anfielders’ reserve inside forwards, has been transferred to Scunthorpe. Haigh, who is 23, joined Liverpool from Gainsborough Trinity in October, 1949, and made 11 senior appearances scoring three goals.
