In the face of opposition from Scottish as well as English clubs, Liverpool last night signed Frank Lockey, a 21-years-old outside left from the Scottish junior club Duntocher Hibs.
Lockey,whose signature brought his club a fair fee, is to travel to Liverpool this week and will be a full-time professional at Anfield. He was demobbed from the R.A.F. a fortnight ago.
