Former Coventry City goalie Steve Ogrizovic battled to save a cricketer who’d had a suspected heart attack. Ogrizovic, 43, gave Mark Lavine mouth-to-mouth when he passed out after scoring 127 runs in a Birmingham League match on Saturday.
Lavine, 28, who was tipped to join the South African national side, complained of chest pains in the game at Coventry and the collapsed.
He died on the way to hospital
