We understand that Mr. William Barclay has entered on his duties as superintendent of the Industrial schools at Oakbank in Skene Square, in room of Mr. George Shearer, who has retired. Under his father, who is governor of Malone Reformatory, Belfast, Mr. Barclay has acquired considerable experience in the management of such institutions.
