St. Mirren F.C. to-day transferred to Liverpool their right half, Thomas Morrison, at a fee rumoured to touch £4,000. Paisley folks are wroth at the transfer on the eve of the big cup tie with Partick Thistle, but Liverpool stipulated they wanted the player immediately, and St. Mirren, selling against this demand, have bagged a handsome fee.
