Following a long chat on Friday between Doug McAvoy and manager George Kay, Liverpool, have agreed to put the ex-Killie man on the open-to-transfer list. Fee is £3,000, but Mr. Kay told Dougie that, if a Scots club come along he’ll be prepared to reduce the price. For some time now McAvoy has had a longing to return home and start up in business again.
