Mr. Alexander Galloway Raisbeck, of 19, Bingley Road, Anfield, Liverpool, an official “scout” for Liverpool F.C., formerly secretary-manager for Halifax Town, Chester and Bristol City, a director of Hamilton Academicals, captain of Partick Thistle and of Liverpool and a Scottish international between 1900 and 1907 who died on March 12 last, left £276 18s.
