Liverpool have not yet signed Davie Hannah, Benjamin Bull, John Holmes and Matt McQueen, but probably one or two of these will be retained. Barney Battles has signed for the Celts, and Liverpool will not see him this next season – except they again require his services in the “test matches” which we hope not. Thomas Cleghorn will most likely be seen again in the Anfield ranks. He will be welcomed.
