A well run Industrial School


Tuesday, May 17 – 1881
Mr. Henry Rogers, Inspector of Industrial Schools, reports in a very satisfactory  manner as to the state of the Everton Terrace Certified Industrial School, Liverpool, of which Mr. William Barclay (W.E. Barclay) is governor. It may be remembered that Mr. Barclay was for some time superintendent of the Boys’ Industrial School, Oakbank.
