Preston North End have just enrolled a new left-wing player, named John Drummond. He has left the Partick Thistle club, but it is not very long since he was in a junior club known as Westbourne. He is an outside left, and played with North End against Hyde on Monday. He played inside left on Monday, and gave an excellent account of himself, scoring the second and fourth goals; in fact, he proved himself a first-class footballer.
