Mr. William Parker appointed secretary of Derby County


July 16, 1892
The committee of Derby County Football Club have appointed Mr. William Parker, accountant, of Derby, as secretary in succession to Mr. George Winfield, resigned. Mr. Parker was connected with the club in its early days as assistant secretary.
