Henry Heard and the Alexandra Hotel

November 4, 1893
Mr. Henry Heard, the late honorary secretary of the Bootle Football Club, and a well-known character in Liverpool football circles, is the proprietor of the handsome Alexandra Hotel in Dale Street, where he makes a specialty of ministering to the wants of footballers and athletes of all classes.

Mr. Heard caters specially for club dinners and similar functions, and we trust that all followers of the winter game, and in fact of all pastimes, will bear him in mind whenever opportunity affords.
