A meeting of the consultative committee was held Monday evening at the Football Association’s offices, 61, Chancery-lane, London. The undecided cup tie, Liverpool and West Bromwich Albion, were allowed for kick off at 3 15 p.m. in their postponed tie in the second round next Saturday. The draw for the third round: –
