The team to represent the Anglo-Scots at Cathkin Park on Wednesday night is a particularly strong one, but it is unfortunately not so strong as might have been had the full list of those originally called upon been available.

Robertson and Hugh Morgan (Liverpool), Peddie (Newcastle), Maxwell (Stoke), and McFarlane (Newcastle) or Bobby Templeton (Aston Villa).
