The George Farmer Appeal Fund


June 9, 1905
At a meeting of the committee interesting themselves in the George Farmer appeal, Mr. Alex Nisbet presided. It was announced that subscription books and draw tickets were ready for distribution, and those willing to collect subscriptions were, and are, requested to communicate with any of the following gentlemen: –
Messrs. T. Holt, 10 Windermere Street; A.R. Holt, 6 St. David’s Road, hon. Secretary; and Matt McQueen, hon. Treasurer, 6 Elsie Road, Anfield.

It was stated that the appeal was being liberally responded to. Any subscriptions forwarded to us will be handed over to the treasurer, or may be deposited direct to the credit of the “George Farmer Appeal Fund,” North-Western Bank, Breck Road Branch.
