Alf West’s ankle the only issue


Friday, October 13 – 1905
The Liverpool side versus Sheffield Wednesday is the same as that which won readily last week, unless Alf West’s ankle, which was kicked last Saturday, prevents him making the journey, in which case he would be deputised by Harry Griffiths, the ex-Wednesbury young fellow who has created a good name for himself in his new quarters in a very short time.
