The Notts. Football Club on Monday received official intimation that their full back, John Montgomery, had been suspended for 14 days, on the report of Mr. Kirkham, who ordered him off the field for a charge on Raybould, in the Notts. and Liverpool match at Anfield. The sentence in Nottingham is regarded as a vindication of Montgomery, who is a fair if heavy charger. Montgomery will be eligible for the second round of the Cup competition.
