Bury has secured the transfer of Charles Cholton, centre half, of Denton, who was also on the Manchester United list of players. Chorlton, who is a brother of Tom Chorlton, of Liverpool, is about 22 years of age, five feet ten inches in height, and weighs twelve stones.
