Bristol City this morning transferred Sam Gilligan, their inside right, who recently had his benefit, to Liverpool. He has scored just over 100 goals whilst he has been with the Bristol club, his best season being when they gained promotion, and then he was responsible for 21. This season he has scored but five times.

Sam Gilligan, the ex-Dundee centre, who went from Celtic Park to England and has been five seasons with Bristol City has been transferred to Liverpool.
