John Connor, the Perth Violet centre forward, is being badgered night and day by clubs anxious to obtain his signature for next season. On Saturday representatives from Glasgow Rangers, Sunderland, and other clubs were on the hunt for the elusive pivot, while yesterday the Liverpool Club had two representatives tackling the Violet player as he was on his way to Glasgow to play for Rangers last night.
