Bertram Goode transferred from to Hull City

Hull City yesterday signed on Ernest Goode, inside right, from Aston Villa. During the season just closed Goode scored 46 goals for Aston Villa reserves, winners of Birmingham District League, and in seven First League matches he scored five goals. A native of Chester, he formerly assisted Liverpool. He is 23 years of age, scales 12 st., and is 5ft. 7 ½in.
