Arthur Berry back at Goodison Park

The return of Arthur Berry – the old Oxonian – to the Everton fold has been one of the most prominent items of conversation in local circles in Liverpool. There was little chance of Berry securing a place in the Liverpool League team, seeing that Arthur Goddard is playing as well as at any time in his career. The amateur is desirous of participating in first-class football every week, and his removal to Goodison Park may enable him to attain this ambition.
