Sam Gilligan, the old Bristol City, Liverpool, and Dundee forward, has been engaged as player-manager of the Gillingham Club. Jack Tatton, a former junior international, who has played for Newcastle United in the North-Eastern League, has also been engaged by Gillingham. He is 20 years of age, stands 5 feet 10 inches, and weighs 11 stone 4 lbs.
