Ted Taylor in charge

Wednesday, January 24 – 1917
Ted Taylor (ex-Liverpool goalkeeper) is quite well, and seems to be comfortably fixed up at Norwood. He has charge of the football team there, and the officers are keen on the sport.

Ted has to assist his own Army team frequently, hence the reason of his not playing regularly for Fulham, but the few times he has been able to play for Phil Kelso’s side his abilities have impressed the crowd.
