It is reported that Harry Hampton (R.A.M.C.), the old International and Aston Villa centre-forward, has met with a severe accident in France, and lies in a base hospital with a fractured left thigh. Let’s hope he’ll soon be happy again, and that he will recover as quickly as when one winter’s day, at Goodison Park, he was knocked out.
