All Liverpool will be sorry to hear that Kenneth Campbell is obliged to take up his hospital bed, as it were, through the damaged ribs and knee injuries sustained in the Stoke game. Billy Connell, son of the club’s trainer, will keep goal next Saturday at home v. Bury, and the appearance of Thomas Green (a Q.M.S – Quartermaster Sergeant) and young Ben Cross in the side, at the right wing, will make the game a big draw.
