The Northern Section of the International Selection Committee have chosen the following to represent the North in the trial match against the South at Stamford Bridge next Monday: –
Sam Hardy (Aston Villa), Ephraim Longworth (Liverpool), Fred Duckworth (Blackburn Rovers), Tom Fleetwood (Everton), Joe McCall (Preston North End), Alan Grenyer (Everton), Robert Turnbull (Bradford), Danny Shea (Blackburn Rovers), Billy Cook (Huddersfield Town), Joe Smith (Bolton Wanderers), Harry Martin (Sunderland). Reserves, Jimmy Bagshaw (Derby County) and Ernie Gault (Everton).
