Chris Harrington on the mark

Chris Harrington, whom Liverpool recently allowed to go to Wigan Borough, is proving a rare asset with his new club, for he has played some brilliant games, and last week topped his performances by scoring a clever goal against Ashington.

Harrington is a big, finely-built athlete, with a surprising turn of speed, and but for the presence of Fred Hopkin at Anfield, he could hardly have failed to make his mark in First Division football.
