The Liverpool directors last night decided to rely upon the same side that was defeated by the lowly-placed Grimsby Town last week for their League game against Leicester City at Anfield on Saturday, namely: – Arthur Riley, James Jackson, Tommy Gardner, Tom Bradshaw, Jimmy McDougall, Dick Edmed, Gordon Hodgson, Jimmy Smith, Archie Macpherson, Fred Hopkin.
