Cyril Sidlow, the Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. goalkeeper, bade farewell to is colleagues in the Colwyn Bay cricket eleven on Saturday with a grand gesture – a score of no less than 142 against Cheshire Wayfarers. This was easily the best batting performance of the day in North Wales.
