Scotland may be the first country after the war to send a football team to Russia. The Scottish Football Association, I understand, has promised to send a team to Prague as soon as circumstances allow, and S.F.A. officials hope that the Czechoslovakia visit will be followed by a trip to Moscow.
Scottish post-war soccer plans are so well advanced that a Scots team is likely to be the first British team to play on the Continent.
