Mr. Charles Morgan, licensee of the Pack Horse Inn, Briggate, Leeds, for about 30 years, died in St. James’s Hospital, on Saturday, after falling downstairs at his home in Springwood Road, Roundhay, on Thursday.
In his younger days he was a well-known member of the Leeds City team.
He had many friends in business sporting and theatrical circles.
