Off to Anfield to play trials for Liverpool – Logan Mackenzie, much sought Fife amateur.
Tall, hefty, and 20, that’s Mackenzie. Centre half or right half, he has played for Burntisland Shipyard and several Fife junior clubs. A number of Scottish senior clubs have made him offers.
Mackenzie will stay in Liverpool for ten days. He will play two home games, and one with Liverpool A at Chester on Saturday.
