Jesse Carver, manager-coach of Coventry City, who has previously coached in Italy, has been approached by the Italian First Division football club, Internazionale.
Internazionale have spent considerable amounts in buying players but have not done well this season. It is understood Carver has not yet indicated whether he would accept their offer.
