Liverpool have come to the rescue of Fourth Division promotion hunters Wrexham – the team they ko’d from the FA Cup. Wrexham, hit by an injury crisis at a vital stage in the run-in for promotion have been loaned 19-years-old forward Phil Boersma until the end of the season.
