The new laws, as decided on at a meeting of the Football Association held at Freemasons’ Tavern, December 8, have been published in convenient pocket form by John Lillywhite, Seymour-street, Euston-square. The same rules, on a roller sheet, will shortly be issued for the use of club rooms.
