We are been officially informed that the commission which sat at Derby last Thursday suspended Caesar Jenkyns, of Small Heath, for four weeks, for improper conduct in the match Small Heath v. Liverpool; and Robert Donaldson, George Perrins, and John Clements, of Newton Heath, for 14 days, for improper conduct in a match against Derby County. All suspensions commence today (Tuesday).
