Bradshaw best of the English forwards

The Inter-league match between England and Ireland at the Oval in Belfast ended in the Englishmen retaining their unbeaten certificate in this series of contests by 2 goals to nil. The match had a certain amount of interest invested in it, to local enthusiasts, by the inclusion of Harry Bradshaw in the English eleven, and the popular left winger gave a highly creditable display, and was, in fact, the finest of the English forward rank.
