The Liverpool Committee remind the public that their first practice match takes place at Anfield Road to-day, kick-off at four o’clock. The following players will participate in the preliminary canter: –
Reds: Bill Perkins, Archie Goldie, Billy Dunlop, Rab Howell, Alex Raisbeck, William Goldie, Fred Geary, John “Sailor” Hunter, Daniel Wilson, Jack Parkinson, Abe Foxall.
Whites: Harry Storer, General Stevenson, Robert McLaren, Fred Uttley, Charlie Wilson, John Birchall, John Cox, John Walker, Peter Kyle, Hugh Morgan, Tom Robertson.
