A fund for Mr. W.E. Barclay

A meeting of the Lancashire Association was held at the Spread Eagle Hotel, Manchester, last evening, Mr. Woolfall presiding.
Mr. John James Bentley’s proposal that the Association should subscribe five guineas to the fund being raised on behalf of Mr. William Barclay (Liverpool) was granted.
