Lucien Boullemier, the captain of Burslem Port Vale, is of French extraction and an artist of considerable skill on earthenware. He has just received notice from the Worcester Royal Porcelain Works to attend there to execute an important piece of work for his Majesty the King in the form of a Coronation souvenir.
