Liverpool duo selected for Wales against England

At Wrexham, yesterday, a trial match was played, which the Stripes won by four goals, as against the Whites’ two goals, and afterwards the following eleven was picked to play against England, at Wrexham, on February 29th:
Leigh Roose (Stoke), goal; Albert Jones (Nottingham Forest) and Charles Morris (Derby County), backs; Maurice Parry (Liverpool), Ted Hughes (Tottenham), and Jack Jones (Tottenham), half-backs; Billy Meredith (Manchester City), Richard Morris (Liverpool), Arthur Green (Notts County), Grenville Morris (Nottingham Forest), and Robert Atherton (Middlesbrough), forwards.
