At the annual meeting of the Football League, in London, on the 30th inst., a balance-sheet will be presented showing £1,548 received from League international matches, and a credit balance of £424.

Aston Villa will propose to double the present fees of referees, sharing the cost equally among the whole of the League clubs, and Liverpool Football Club will move that the playing colours of all League clubs shall be red shirts or jerseys for home teams and white ones for the visiting teams.

The Management Committee’s new referee scheme will also be discussed.
